What is PodCasting? PodCasting is a method of publishing files to the Internet, allowing users to subscribe to a feed using a "PodCatcher" and receive new files automatically by subscription, usually at no cost.
We welcome you to subscribe to our feed using whichever PodCatching software you have installed. Our feed is available by copying the path above and inserting it into your "PodCatcher".

To subscribe using Juice:
Highlight the link above and copy the PodCast location to your clipboard
Open Juice
Go to the "Tools" menu and select "Add a Feed..."
Paste the copied link into the "URL" box
Click "Save" and you are subscribed!
To subscribe using iTunes:
Highlight the link above and copy the PodCast location to your clipboard
Open iTunes
Go to "Advanced" and select "Subscribe to PodCast"
